WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- managing software development projects (kick-off, surveying and defining business demands, analysing solution proposals together with the project team, managing the testing phase, the implementation, the follow-up, handling errors during the warranty period)
- mediating between the business fields and the IT developers
- organising and documenting gap analysis workshops
- document management (specifications, project documentation, reports)
- forwarding and managing error tickets opened by the business fields towards the IT service provider
- keep in touch with the given business fields, the IT service provider and the in-house IT department
- providing professional support in defining the business demands
- preparing decision sheets and presentations
- reporting
IT IS AN ADVANTAGE IF:
- you have gained relevant experience related to a merge between different banking services
- you know project methodolgies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- you have a degree in IT, technical or business studies
- you speak French
WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU:
- at least 3 years of experience in project management,
- advanced level of spoken and written English
- you have client- focused and business-centered attitude (ability to survey business needs)
- high level of convincing and self – assertion skills
- excellent negotiation and consultation skills
- profession knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point
